Reissue Password (Step {{ vm.currentStep}}/3)

We would like to inform you that you can reset your password through the security settings of the Piraeus app, fast and easy.

Alternatively, to complete the reissue password process without visiting the branch, you will need to:

  • Have in your possession the mobile phone that you have registered for receiving extraPIN.
  • Have the Username for your login to Piraeus e-banking. If you have forgotten your username please click here.
  • Right after the correct information is registered, you will be asked to enter 2 of the 4 PIN digits of your personal debit card.

Concluding all previous steps you will receive a message via Viber or SMS at the extraPin mobile number, with a temporary code for your login to Piraeus e-banking.

With the successful entry of 2 out of 4 PIN digits of your personal debit card, you will receive a message via Viber or SMS with a temporary Password. In order to connect to Piraeus e-banking service, you will have to use the Username and the temporary Password.

You will receive via Viber or SMS a temporary Password that you will use to login to Piraeus e-banking or mobile banking service along with your username.

Οnce you receive the temporary Password, you have 72 hours to connect to Piraeus e-banking or mobile banking service. If this period of time passes you should call at +30 210 3288000 or visit a Piraeus Bank branch.
